  Please join us at the Dade Battlefield Society Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Dade Battlefield Historic State Park (7200 Battlefield Parkway Bushnell, FL 33513) in the Major Dade Lodge.

  Meet and Eat with soups, salads and desserts will begin at 5:30 P.M. and the meeting will start at 6 P.M. At this meeting, officer reports will be given, we will discuss our goals for the 2025-2026 year (our year runs July 1 through June 30), Board of Directors elections will be held, and the bylaws changes will be reviewed and approved.

  The 2024 Haunted Event will be held October 25 and 26, 2024. Make your plans now to join us for a spooky good time!

  Dade’s Annual Haunted Event includes the Haunted Trail, Haunted House, Haunted Café, puppet show and games, cupcake walks, storytellers, trucks with treats, costume contest and crafts.  Cost is $5/person for park entry and event; children aged 5 and under free. Entrance fee includes a one-time visit to the Haunted Trail and most activities.  Additional $1 tickets (cash only) required for Haunted House & Café.   

  PLEASE NOTE- there are new EVENT GUIDELINES this year to help make the event safe and enjoyable for everyone. 

  1. NO WEAPONS- Real or replica weapons, including toy guns, knives or other objects that could be perceived as dangerous, are not permitted. 

  2. MASKS/ FULL FACE PAINT- For security reasons, masks and full face paint are not allowed for those 13 years old and older.

  3. HAUNTED TRAIL- The trail will stay open until everyone in line by 9 P.M. gets to enjoy the chilling adventure and frights.
